unwashed floors dirty balcony
the location was acceptable as it was close to the airport simplifying transfers.
I was annoyed by the unwashed floors in the room. Walking around barefoot resulted in black feet daily. no cups or glasses were ever washed in our room until i complained it's unacceptable to pay for coffee or tea in the room at an all inclusive hotel. the balcony was also left dirty and unswept throughout the entire stay.

mixed feelings about this stay
repetitive buffet denied water
the location is good for beach access. it is convenient.
the food was disappointing. the buffet was repetitive, especially desserts which consisted of various colored sponges. water for my bottle was denied at the poolside bar because bottles are supposedly only for all-inclusive guests, quite off-putting considering i was half board..

I REALLY loved the cleanliness everywhere. The staff provided service with a smile ALL the time. The location met my desires. It granted immediate beach access. I found this awesome.

clean room breakfast variety immaculate grounds
I found the room to be well kept! and very clean. The breakfast offered good variety. I appreciated that the grounds were immaculate, though the parking was expensive.

dusty floor dirty drawers
The hotel's location near the beach suited my needs. It was acceptable to have quick access.
I had trouble with the room, it was not clean. I found a layer of dust on the floor around the curtains and inside the drawers. I had to clean it myself after midnight, this was really frustrating
